What is Input/Output management?

It is the comprehensive oversight of the devices, applications, and infrastructure specifically allocated for the processing of data input and output. It encompasses a wide range of hardware and software components that facilitate the seamless flow of information, including but not limited to PCs, laptops, handheld and mobile devices, printers, label makers, analog and digital fax platforms, barcode scanners, and desktop scanners.

Do we have to replace all of our technology if we work with Techio?

We understand that replacing technology can be costly and time-consuming, so we strive to preserve the investments you've already made in your existing infrastructure and make changes only if necessary to improve efficiency and security.

How many Techio full-time experts can I expect to support my environment?

It can be up to 12 experts or even more if needed. The number varies significantly based on the size of your facility, the complexity of your technology infrastructure, your strategic goals, your level of EMR adoption maturity, and your current workflow. A thorough assessment will help us determine the appropriate staffing levels to ensure the effective management and optimization of healthcare technology within your organization.

What changes can I expect to our current service workflow?

We use your playbook to get integrated. We don't make any changes unless necessary and approved by our stakeholders following the proper change management protocols.

How do you measure and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement?

To streamline integration and enhance transparency, we integrate seamlessly with your existing service management platform and establish clear SLA targets. Our 24/7 support operates around the clock, 365 days a year. We do whatever it takes to guarantee that end users can resume their operations without delay, even if it means springing into action at 3 a.m.
